Liberation Day

When will we finally be liberated?

This year Inauguration Day fell on Martin Luther King Day.  This created some confusion since many people were calling the day “Liberation Day”.

Some people called it this because America was being liberated from an illegal occupant of the White House and from many people in Congress that suspiciously won in states that had no real controls to prevent election fraud.  They had created civil unrest when they tried to force all Americans to call things righteous that most found to be wicked and had created policies that did nothing but cause America trouble.

Other people took this to mean the liberation from racial injustice that MLK sought to bring about through civil rights legislation.  This had also been a time of civil unrest when those in Congress and the White House had tried to perpetuate a system as righteous that most Americans thought was wicked.

To make things even more complicated, America was mourning after the death of former President Jimmy Carter – which is done by having flags at half-mast for thirty days.  Some states were leaving the flags at half-mast because the traditional mourning period was not over, but others raised them to full mast because that was the tradition on Inauguration Day.

So, many thought that the flags were at half-mast in  states which were in mourning that the occupant and his party had been soundly defeated in the election.  They thought that that flags were raised to full-mast in states which were celebrating Liberation Day.

Of course, this was not the case as plainly shown by looking at which states kept them at half-mast, and which raised them to half-mast.  California been one of the strongest proponents of the occupant but raised their flags to full mast while Kansas had been a strong proponent of President Trump but left their flags at half-mast.

One thing is certain, many of the people of America - the land of Liberty- still yearn to be liberated.  They long to see Liberation Day.

In the history of America, there have always been two opposing forces at work like Pilgrims and Strangers in Plymouth Colony.  One has sought to live in the legacy of the Pilgrims and the other has sought to destroy that legacy through a subtle influence.

One side has sought to live in peace and justice like Wampanoags and Pilgrims had lived.  This side recognizes that we all really have skin color that is one of six shades of brown and have sought to bring social justice to everyone.

The other side has caused America to become a nation of fools.  Every time they are running America, it experiences internal strife and a loss of power.

So, there has been a constant struggle to liberate the oppressed from their oppressors in America.  Sometimes it was obvious like the struggle to liberate enslaved African Americans from their slavery, but sometimes it is less obvious.

One reason is that the oppressors will start trying to redefine oppression as anything that stands in the way of their oppression.  Their strategy is to distract everyone else from their oppression so it can continue unopposed.

This strategy has worked to various degrees throughout American history.  For example, slave states claimed that the federal government would be oppressing them by making them end the oppression of slavery in their states.

Eventually, this strategy always fails because the problems caused by genuine oppression will always eventually force action to end the oppression.  So, the question is not really will the oppression end, but when will it end and at what cost.

The sooner it ends, the less it costs to end it.  It is not the oppressors who determine this, but rather those who oppose the oppression.

When they are unwilling to compromise on ending the oppression and take decisive action quickly to end it completely, then the oppression ends while it is smaller, and the cost of ending it is lower.  However, when they are willing to compromise and do not take decisive action to end it completely, the oppression continues to grow larger, and the cost of ending it is higher.

For example, most of Europe ended African slavery long before America did while relatively few people were involved in this oppression, so it ended with little bloodshed and a relatively small economic cost.  However, in America those opposed to slavery made compromise after compromise until a war that killed more Americans that all other American wars combined ended it but crippled the American economy for more than fifty years.

In America today, there is an oppression worse than slavery.  Those who opposed it have been compromising with serial killers and have been unwilling to take decisive action to end it.

In a physical sense, the moment a zygote was formed during conception was the moment I became alive.  However, sick and twisted people are murdering people in the womb.

These oppressors use the same arguments that the slavers used – that the oppressed are not really people and they have right to do whatever they want with their property.  However, no one ever has the right to kill another person just because the other person is dependent upon them and subject to their authority.

Like then, very few in America today who oppose this oppression are willing to do what the Founding Fathers did in the face of British oppression.  The Founding Fathers understood when the time for civil disobedience had arrived, because civil obedience to wicked laws is rebellion against the Father of Truth (YHVH aka God aka THE LORD).

Compromise about this modern oppression has only led to greater and greater rebellion against Him in America.  Unless this oppression is ended quickly and decisively, then the death of America is certain.

So, people who want to make America great again are yearning for liberation from the oppression going on in this country.  They hope that President Trump can end the oppression, so they called this Inauguration Day, “Liberation Day”.

However, they have ignored the call of 9-11 to take decisive action.  They have forgotten the meaning of liberty and where it comes from.

American law was based on the Law of Truth (Torah aka The Law) at the founding of America.  This modern oppression did not exist when the trust of America was in the Father of Truth.

However, today the American Spirit is no longer the Spirit of Truth (Ruach HaQodesh aka The Holy Spirit aka The Holy Ghost).  The Man of Truth (Yeshua HaMashiach aka Jesus Christ) has been replaced in most American churches with American Jesus.

So, most Americans who call themselves followers of the Man of Truth are no longer producing the evidence of faith.  They have a dead faith that will not let them act decisively on what they believe (James 2:19-20).

They have no boldness to confront this oppression when they are also living in rebellion against commandments against the Law of Truth.  They have fallen for the great deception of teachers of lies – that they can continue to be rebellious against the Father of Truth and still have a place in His kingdom (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

They do not know that they must obey the Man of Truth if they love him (John 14:21).  They do not believe what the Book of Truth (The Bible) says - that the Spirit of Truth can give them the ability to keep the Law of Truth (Romans 8:4-10).

They do not believe that the Man of Truth meant what he said about divorce and remarriage (Mark 10:11-12).  They have no boldness to put an end to people living like they were married in Sodom when they themselves are married in adultery.

They are more interested in a concubine than a wife.  They do not know what it means to leave and cleave.

They have no intention of keeping a marriage contract like one written on a ketubah.  They do not believe that the Father of Truth will punish them severely for breaking their covenant (Romans 1:31-32).

They do not form a love triangle with their spouse and the Man of Truth.  So, they use the nuclear option all too casually.

They have no fear of breaking the oath that they made to the Father of Truth at their wedding (Numbers 30:2).  So, they commit treason against the wives of their youth and their own children (Malachi 2:14-15).

Their wives also commit treason against their families by leaving their husbands (Jeremiah 3:20).  In like manner, they reject the role of women in the church that is given in the Book of Truth.

Some even speak against interracial marriage – as if it were possible to marry outside of the human race!  They do not consider what the Father of Truth did to Miriam when she criticized Moses (Moishe) for marry a woman from a race with much darker skin than his own (Numbers 12:1-12).

Instead, they think that that being liberated means being able to once again to pursue obtaining bigger, better, newer things.  They do not consider that people must go through the refining fire before they can be liberated.

So, they call the day that President Trump returned to office “Liberation Day”.  They do not consider that President Trump can only bring temporary liberation at best.

President Trump will only be in office for four years.  Since he recruited members of the US House of Representatives to be part of his cabinet, his party barely has control of that house – which will be lost in the next election in two years if the usual pattern of American history is followed.

Even if President Trump gets everything passed that he wants, another president and another congress will come along that will make things worse than before he returned to office.  Even if he became Emperor Trump, he would still die eventually, and this would still happen.

Even if President Trump managed to bring peace inside this nation, he cannot force peace with other nations.  Another nation could attack America like in WWII and force America into war.

So, an absolute dictator is needed that will rule the entire Earth with absolute justice.  This absolute dictator would have to be immortal to ensure that liberty from injustice would never cease.

The resurrection of the Man of Truth is proof that he will be that absolute dictator (Acts 17:31).  The absolute justice that he will rule the Earth by is spelled out in the Law of Truth (Romans 7:12).

The Man of Truth will return to this Earth (Acts 1:11).  Then he will take the office of absolute global dictator (Revelation 19:11-16).

That will be the real Liberation Day!

Moreover, no president can deal with the root of the problem because it is not a political problem. The problem is with the human heart is exceedingly wicked and deceitful above all things (Jeremiah 17:9).

The good news is that you do not have to wait to be liberated, for the Man of Truth is able to liberate you from the enslavement of sin today (John 8:34-36).  The Spirit of Truth given by him can set you free from the death sentence that sin brings (Romans 8:1-2)!

Your wicked heart that cannot keep the Law of Truth can be replaced with one that can (Ezekiel 36:26-27).  You can become a new person and your days of enslavement will be over (2 Corinthians 5:17)!

If you will obey the Man of Truth in everything then you will be liberated from all deception (John 8:31-32).  You will be free from the ignorance that enslaves most people so that you can do the will of the Father of Truth (1 Peter 2:15-16).

Today can be your Liberation Day!

So, you will not come to ruin if you will obey the Man of Truth in everything (Luke 6:46-49).  You can commit to do this if you believe that the Father of Truth raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9).

A Time For Civil Disobedience

Does the Book of Truth (The Bible) ever teach that there is a time for civil disobedience?

Civil disobedience is the act of disobeying a law.  While this would literally include things like speeding and jay walking, the term carries a connotation of disobeying a law made by the civil authorities because either the law is unjust in itself or the law is being used by the civil authorities as a means to carry out an unjust end.

America was founded by men who practiced civil disobedience.  They refused to obey many laws that they believed to be unjust and eventually broke many laws that they believed were just in themselves but would hinder them from ending what they believed were the tyrannies of England if they obeyed them.

These men called themselves "patriots".  These patriots formed groups like the Sons of Liberty who decided that a time for civil disobedience had arrived.

Their civil disobedience included things like the Boston Tea Party whereby they seized tea and threw it into the harbor rather than allow Americans to pay a tax on it.  They were against the tax because Britain insisted that they were British subjects but had refused to allow them representation in the British parliament.  This situation was itself illegal under British law since the Magna Carta had guaranteed representation in parliament to all British subjects.  The Sons of Liberty could see that in light of such disregard for the rights promised under British law by the British government that it was a time for civil disobedience.

The British politicians did not dare to give the colonists the representation promised them under British Law.  The American colonists would have made up one-third of parliament.  This would have meant that one third of the British politicians would have been out of parliament.  Also a parliament with American representation would have been a serious disruption to the status quo since the Americans did not share many of the same values and concerns as most of the people of England.  Worst yet, other colonists across the British empire would also have had to be given the same representation.  In no time, the English would have became a minority in the British parliament!

So the British parliament passed law after law as an effort to exert British rule over the American colonies without any of the representation that had been promised under the Magna Carta.  The British parliament was out to prove that it could do whatever it wanted with these American colonies so it refuse to listen to all pleas by the Americans to be given the representation in parliament that had been promised to all British subjects.  When the Intolerable Acts were passed these patriots knew that it was definitely a time for civil disobedience.

The British then confiscated the firearms of private citizens and imposed various measures of gun control.  The patriots responded by stockpiling large amounts of guns and ammunition all over the land.  They created hidden magazines deep in the wilderness as well as underground in towns.  They ignored every law that imposed any kind of gun control because they understood that it was a time for civil disobedience.

The time came when it was apparent that there was no chance of reconciliation and no turning back. These patriots cited twenty-seven violations of the just laws laid out in the Book of Truth in the Declaration of Independence as their justification for their civil disobedience and separation of the United States from Great Britain.  From that point forward, all patriots treated laws passed by the British parliament as not valid in the United States of America.  The British parliament kept insisting that these laws were valid in the American colonies but most Americans refused to recognize them as the law of the land.  The Americans were not about to be subject to British rule because it was a time for civil disobedience.

Eventually, the Americans won their independence and the US created its own laws.  At times these laws were also unjust to those who had no representation like black people.  So eventually, people rose up against these laws to put an end to things that the Book of Truth called injustices.  People had to take action to end unjust things like the American slavery system and racial discrimination .  In each case there came a point when people of valor arose who refused to obey unjust laws and even break the just laws that were being used to hinder them from ending an unjust practice.   The unjust practices never came to an end until enough people decided that they had arrived at a time for civil disobedience.

The Americans have not been the only ones that have recognized when it was a time for civil disobedience.  Others have in like manner been involved in ending unjust conditions in other countries at various times like the atrocities of Nazi Germany.  Those who rose up against the efforts of the Nazis were Germans and other Europeans who were part of the Children of Truth (those who obey the Father of Truth because they love Him).  These European Children of Truth ignored the unjust laws of the Nazis and even broke many just laws that would have hindered them from saving their Jewish neighbors.  They were able to limit the Nazis to killing only half of the Jews of Europe instead of all of the Jews of Europe because they understood that it was a time for civil disobedience.

Some people will say that the Founding Fathers were wrong in their civil disobedience.  Some people will say that the Book of Truth says that those who rule are to be obeyed no matter how unjust their laws are since the Father of Truth established human government.  Some people say that the Book of Truth teaches that there is never a time for civil disobedience. 

Does the Book of Truth ever teach that there is a time for civil disobedience?

The Father of Truth established human government to protect people from becoming victims of sins like murder (Genesis 9:6).  The purpose of human government is carry out His Laws on the Earth (Deuteronomy 17:18-20).   Human government is supposed to create laws and enforce laws to restrain people from doing anything that is contrary to His Laws (1 Timothy 1:8-11).  Human government is supposed to be a terror to those who break His Laws - not those who obey His Laws (Romans 13:3-5)!

Since the point of human government is to take care of people by enforcing His Laws then no human government ever has a right to make any law that is contrary to His Laws.  Therefore the Children of Truth should always obey the Father of Truth instead of obeying any law that is contrary to His Law or that is created to hinder them from obeying His Law (Acts 5:29).  There is definitely a time for civil disobedience!
When is it a time for civil disobedience?

It is for this reason that the Father of Truth blessed the midwives who refused to kill the Hebrew boys even though it was the law of the land (Exodus 1:15-21).  The mother of Moses hid him to save him alive even though it was against the law of the land  (Exodus 2:1-3).  Gideon destroyed the idols in Israel contrary to the law of the land (Judges 6:28-30).  Elijah executed the false prophets in Israel contrary to the law of the land (1 Kings 18:40).  The priest Jehoiada had a wicked queen executed for breaking the Law of Truth (Torah aka The Law) even though she ruled the land (2 Kings 11:14-16).    Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendego refuse to obey the law of the land by bowing down idols (Daniel 3:10-12).   Daniel prayed to the Father of Truth as commanded in the Law of Truth contrary to the law of the land (Daniel 6:9-11).  The Maccabees revolted against the Greeks and won independence for Israel when the Greeks set up an idol in the Temple at the commandment of the ruler of the land (Daniel 11:31-32).  Joseph fled to Egypt with the Man of Truth (Yeshua HaMashiach aka Jesus Christ) to escape the order of the king to slaughter the male babies of Bethlehem (Matthew 2:13-16).  The Man of Truth taught that any social or religious convention can be ignored as long as it was not commanded in the Law of Truth (Matthew 15:1-3).  The Apostles of Truth continued to preach the Gospel in Jerusalem contrary to the law of the land (Acts 5:27-32).  Jason and the saints at Thessaloniki called the Man of Truth their king contrary to the law of the land (Acts 17:6-7).  Paul the Jew (Shaul aka Saul aka The Apostle Paul) preached the Gospel even after it was against the law of the land to do so (2 Timothy 4:16-18).  John the Jew (Yochanan ben Zebedee aka The Apostle John) was exiled for preaching the Gospel contrary to the law of the land (Revelation 1:9).  These heroes all knew that when the law of the land was contrary to the commandments of the Father of Truth then they had reached a time for civil disobedience!

Today, America is again at such a time.  America faces the greatest injustices that it has ever known.  These injustices are not the forced upon it by a foreign power or even by a selfish politicians in Washington DC.  America is being destroyed by a monster within.  This destruction comes from unelected judges that seek to legislate from the bench contrary to the powers granted them by the US Constitution.  These unjust judges strike down just laws passed by congress and the states.  These unjust judges make decisions that effectively become unjust laws for the United States that were never even voted on.  Once again, it is legislation without representation.  This is the very kind of tyranny that lead the Founding Fathers to issue the Declaration of Independence!
Time after time, they have subverted the clear will of the majority of the American people in order to pass these unjust laws.  When they struck down voluntary prayer at school in 1962, approximately 97% of the American populace was for prayer in school.  When they legalized abortion in 1973, it was illegal in almost every state in the US.  When they struck down the part of the Defense of Marriage Act confirming that marriage was only between a man and a woman in 2013, they were once again subverting the will of the vast majority of the American people.  These unelected tyrants have created law after law that violates the just laws laid out in the Book of Truth, the intentions of the Founding Fathers and the rights of Americans guaranteed in the Constitution.  It is clear that we have reached a time for civil disobedience!

The enemies of this country are not some foreign power but are domestic enemies that sit on benches in courts throughout the USA.  These domestic enemies must be resisted as everyone who has ever served in the US Armed Forces has taken an oath to do so.  These domestic enemies that are bringing out the destruction of the United States from within.  These domestic enemies did not come to power through force but through A Subtle Influence.  If no one resists these domestic enemies then their unjust laws will bring about The Death of America.  It is a time for civil disobedience!

It is time to no longer obey their unjust laws that forbid students from even practicing silent prayer in school.  It is time for those students who claim to be part of the Children of Truth to start praying out loud at the beginning of each class in school.  They need to be sure that they pray out loud in the name of the Man of Truth as well since these wicked judges have outlawed that while making all kinds of provision for the prayer to the foreign gods of Islam, Hinduism, and the like.  It is a time for civil disobedience!

These wicked judges have outlawed displaying the laws from the Book of Truth that were used to create the laws of America when it was founded.  It is time for the states where the Children of Truth are still in the majority to display the Ten Commandments and the like on the property of their capitals.  It is obvious that these tyrants are seeking to outlaw the worship of the Father of Truth (YHVH aka God aka THE LORD) while promoting the worship of foreign gods!  It is a time for civil disobedience!

No unjust judge can ever make a ruling that will make abortion anything other than murder in the womb.  The doctors, nurses, clients and all who work at abortion clinics as well as those that fund these clinics need to be treated like the murdering criminals that they are.  Their neighbors should give them no rest or peace, night or day as long as they continue in this wickedness, so that they understand that there is no rest for the wicked.  Let their homes that have been built on the brutalized bodies of the unborn be destroyed and let their property be made into a graveyard for those who they have murdered!  Their death houses where they carry out their heinous crimes against humanity need to be shut down by any means necessary just like the Holocaust had to be brought to an end by extreme means.  No one should feel safe to operate these death camps for the murder of the unborn nor be able to enter them for that purpose unhindered.  No one has the right to murder the innocent - especially their own children!  Just as the allies destroyed the death camps of the Nazis so also these abominations should be destroyed completely from the face of the United States.  It is a time for civil disobedience!

No wicked judge who hates the Father of Truth can ever make marriage between anything other than a man and a woman legitimate.  No one should treat this utter abomination of gay marriage as normal or acceptable or legitimate in any shape, form or fashion.  It is time to tell the homosexual that what they are doing is an abomination in the eyes of the Father of Truth and that they will suffer if they continue in it.  The states, corporations, businesses, and every other legal entity should ignore any ruling of any judge that says that they have have to give any marriage benefits to those who practice this exceedingly heavy sin.  It is time for the states to reinstate their sodomy laws as the Founding Fathers had originally set them up in the original states and enforce those laws.  It is time to treat these homosexuals as criminals just like the Founding Fathers did instead treating them as being somehow normal like those who were Married in Sodom.  It is a time for civil disobedience!

The US has no hope of repenting and ending these unjust laws unless the Children of Truth become like the Children of Issachar who understood the times and knew what to do (1 Chronicles 12:32).  The US will perish unless they realize it is a time for civil disobedience!

The true patriots of today should follow the example of the Founding Fathers and disregard every law that attempts to impose any type of gun control.  They should buy unregistered firearms, refuse to register their firearms they already own and stockpile ammunition.  They should buy their ammunition and firearms with cash so that there is no record of how many guns and how much ammunition that they have acquired.  They should create hidden magazines deep in the wilderness and underground in towns.  They should ignore every law that imposes any kind of gun control because they understand that it is a time for civil disobedience!

The Revolutionary War came about because the Children of Truth were awakened by the First Great Awakening that it was a time for civil disobedience!  The end of slavery that resulted from the Civil War came about because the Children of Truth were awakened by the Second Great Awakening that it was a time for civil disobedience!  America will not be saved from perishing by repenting unless the Children of Truth are awakened again to realizing that today is a time for civil disobedience!

What will happen to Americans if the US does not repent because the Children of Truth recognize that today is a time for civil disobedience?

Whether the US returns to just laws or if it perishes for continuing in these abominations will have no impact on the judgment that everyone will one day face.  The Father of Truth will judge everyone according to their obedience to His Laws (Romans 2:2-11).  Everyone, including these wicked judges, will appear in His court to be tried according to His Laws (Hebrews 9:27).

Those who continued in these sins because the law of the land commanded them or permitted them will still die for these sins unless they repented (Ezekiel 18:4).  The homosexuals will be cast into Hell for their deeds (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).  Everyone involved in abortions will also experience the second death (Galatians 5:19-21).

Those who likewise did nothing to end this wickedness because they were too afraid to act will also suffer eternally (Revelation 21:8).  They will suffer as well because they are guilty of The Worst Kind Of Hatred.

Will there ever cease to be a time for civil disobedience?

The Man of Truth is coming back to rule this Earth (Revelation 11:15)!  When he does then the Law of Truth will be the law of the entire Earth (Micah 4:2).  There will never again be a time for civil disobedience!

So what must Americans (and others) do since it is a time for civil disobedience!

They must first turn from their own wicked ways so that the Father of Truth might spare their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).  Today is the day for all to repent and be saved (2 Corinthians 6:2).

The Father of Truth does not delight in the destruction of the wicked (Ezekiel 18:23).  His delight is when they turn from all these wicked acts so that they might live (Ezekiel 18:32).  He is not willing that any should perish but wants everyone to come into the House of Truth (2 Peter 3:9).  He sent the Man of Truth to die for their sins so they could come into the House of Truth (1John 4:8-10).

Those that who would know when there is a time for civil disobedience must first come into the House of Truth.  They come into the House of Truth when they surrender control of their lives to the Man of Truth because they believe that His Father raised him from the dead (Romans 10:8-10).

A Subtle Influence

How did the US go from treating homosexuality as a death penalty crime to legalizing gay marriage?

When the United States became a nation in 1787, homosexuality was a death penalty crime in all 13 states. (Thomas Jefferson had tried unsuccessfully to get the penalty reduced to castration when he was in the Virginia legislature in 1779.)

As the US continued to expand this remained to be the case in most states until about 1900 when some states started relaxing the penalties and enforcement of these laws.  This was most prevalent in states in the northeast US that had absorbed large amounts of immigrants from Europe.  Still until 1962 every state had sodomy laws on their books and most of them enforced them to deter homosexuality as they enforced other laws to deter murder and rape.
 

Then Illinois legalized homosexuality in 1962. (This was the same year that prayer was removed from public schools by the US Supreme Court).  The politics of Illinois were dominated by Chicago - which had been largely populated by these European immigrants.

When I joined the US Air Force in 1985, homosexuality was still a crime on par with murder, rape, adultery and treason according to the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).  For this reason I was told that it was a crime before I joined and had to sign a document stating that I was not a homosexual.  The reason for this warning was even though homosexuality was no longer a crime in about half of the states of the US there were the other states where it was still treated as a crime. For example, Alaska still gave offenders life in prison for committing this crime.

In 1986 all state laws against homosexuality were upheld by the Supreme Court as being constitutional.

In 1994, President Clinton issued his "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" executive order which forbid the US military from asking if people were homosexuals before they enlisted and allowed homosexuals to serve as long as they did not tell anyone that they were homosexuals.  This executive order was given as a way to bypass the law against homosexuality in the UCMJ which could only changed with the consent of Congress.  (He had managed to tick off enough voters in his first two years in office that the House of Representatives fell out of control of his party for the first time in fifty years. So there was no chance of getting the UCMJ changed.)

Over the next nine years, courts dominated by the descendants of these same European immigrants continued to strike down sodomy laws in some states while the legislatures (composed of people of a similar heritage) of other states removed these laws from their books.  Almost none of the states actually removed them by popular vote.

Still by 2003 there were 13 states (plus half of the state of Missouri) that had not removed homosexuality from being a crime in their books although the laws were rarely enforced by this time.  Then those laws were removed by the same process as it had been in most of the other states - by court order, in this case a US Supreme Court order arising from Lawrence vs Texas.

Then in 2009 Vermont became the first state to issue marriage licenses for same sex couples.

Then on September 20, 2011 the "don't ask, don't tell" policy was lifted since homosexuality was no longer a crime according to the UCMJ.

Currently (MAY 2014) gay marriage has been made legal in three states by popular vote, voted in by the legislatures of eight states and bans against gay marriage in eight states voted in by the people were overruled by the courts making a total of 19 states (plus the District of Columbia) that recognize gay marriage.  The other 31 states currently refuse to recognize gay marriage.  This a problem since these gay couples that are legally married in those 19 states will undoubtedly want to have their marriage still legally recognized if they move to one of the other 31 states.

There can really be only a few ways for this conflict to end.  The 19 states could repeal their laws and gay marriage not be recognized as legal anywhere in the US.  The other 31 states could repeal their laws and gay marriage be recognized as legal everywhere in the US.  The US government could pass a law making gay marriage legal or illegal in all states.  The US Supreme court could make a decision doing the same thing.  The US could split into two countries - one that recognizes gay marriage and one that does not. (This would probably lead to a second American Civil War.)  The last three options are the most likely to occur - perhaps in that order.

So this brings up a few questions about America.

Why did the founding fathers treat homosexuality as a death penalty crime?

Eleven of the original thirteen colonies were started by the Children of Truth (those who obey the Father of Truth because they love Him) who had left England to get away from a corrupt society that had turned against living in accordance with the Book of Truth (The Bible).  Between the founding of James Town in 1607 and the Declaration of Independence in 1776 people had moved from other places in Europe to the original thirteen colonies for usually the same reasons as those who had moved from England.  So by the time that the Revolutionary War began the thirteen colonies had been continually populated by people that held the Law of Truth (The Torah aka The Law) in high regard.  These colonies (later states) made homosexuality a death penalty crime because it was a death penalty crime in the Law of Truth (Leviticus 20:13).  They based their laws on the Law of Truth as the Father of Truth (Yahweh aka God) had commanded (Deuteronomy 17:18-20).

Why were laws that treated homosexuality as a crime called sodomy laws?

They were called sodomy laws because the Original Covenant (Tenakh aka The Old Testament) refers to homosexuals as sodomites so the act of homosexuality is called sodomy.  Sodom was the first city where homosexuality was accepted as normal behavior (Genesis 19:4-5).  For this reason homosexuals are referred to as sodomites (Deuteronomy 23:17).  Homosexuals are also referred to figuratively as dogs because of the similarity in appearance between dogs mating and certain homosexual sex acts (Deuteronomy 23:18).

What has driven America to take the completely opposite view of homosexuality today from the time of its founding fathers? 

This change in view has been a slow ongoing process that has taken more than a hundred years.  The wheels of progressing towards this view that directly contradicts that of the Book of Truth began turning when there were massive waves of immigration from Europe from the end of the 1800s through the early 1900s.  These later immigrants came to America for entirely different reasons than the immigrants that had trickled in from Europe for the almost three centuries prior to that.

Most Europeans had largely sought to disconnect themselves from the Father of Truth starting in France at the end of the 1700s.  This had lead to much bloodshed like the French Revolution and consequently to economic hardship.  So these immigrants sought to escape the consequences of rejecting laws based on the Law of Truth by coming to the US.  When they arrived they brought their disdain for the Law of Truth with them.  They seemed to have no concept that they had caused their own misery.

These were the very kind of people that had caused the original colonists to leave Europe in the first place. The Founding Fathers had left Europe to be separated from people like this because they did not want Europeans corrupting their descendants with European ideas that contracted the Book of Truth.  Their concern was not that of a sudden change in American values but a slow one over several generations through a subtle influence.  They developed a policy of minimal necessary contact between Americans and Europeans called isolationism.

Where did they get this idea that Europeans who rejected the Law of Truth could turn their descendants from basing the laws of America on the Law of Truth over time through a subtle influence?

The Book of Truth told of this very same thing happening to the Children of Israel.

The ancestors of the Children of Israel - Abraham (Abram), Isaac (Yitzakh) and Jacob (Ya'acob) had dwelt among the Canaanites before they were separated from them to live in another land (Joshua 24:3-4).  After many generations the Father of Truth brought them back to the land to destroy the Canaanites because they had accepted homosexuality as normal behavior (1 Kings 14:24).  Yet many generations later even the mainline religious professionals of the Children of Israel had accepted homosexuality as normal behavior (2 Kings 23:7).

How did the Children of Israel go from destroying these nations for being homosexuals to accepting homosexuality as normal?

They had disregarded the warning to not make deals with or to even to eat with these nations that accepted homosexuality as normal so that they would not abandon following the Father of Truth (Exodus 34:14-16).  They had intermarried with these nations that accepted homosexuality as normal so that these nations turned their hearts away from the Father of Truth (Deuteronomy 7:3-4).  They had not destroyed these nations completely as the Father of Truth had commanded but instead allowed these nations, even though they were a minority, to exercise a subtle influence on them by living among them (Psalm 106:34-35).  It was a subtle influence that caused the Children of Israel to eventually call homosexuality good when the Law of Truth called it evil and to call the law demanding death for homosexuality evil when the Father of Truth called it good (Isaiah 5:20).

It was a subtle influence that these nations used to turn the Children of Israel completely against the Law of Truth.  It was the acceptance of homosexuality as normal that showed that the Children of Israel had turned completely against the Law of Truth. This acceptance of homosexuality as normal marks the point of no return for any nation. When a nation comes to this point it has completely rejected the Father of Truth.  Until then a nation might repent.

This is why the Father of Truth did not send the Children of Israel back to the land of Canaan to start destroying these nations until these nations had reached this point of no return (Genesis 15:16).  This point of no return was the end result of rejecting the Father of Truth completely (Romans 1:26-28).  Those whose minds were not influenced at all by the Spirit of Truth (Ruach HaQodesh aka the Holy Spirit aka the Holy Ghost) could not help but hate the Law of Truth (Romans 8:6-7).

This point of no return was not reached by the Children of Israel at same time everywhere but started with just one city (Judges 19:22). This strategy of a subtle influence was like leaven - a little will spread through everything until everything was affected (Matthew 13:33).

It was for this reason that the Man of Truth (Yeshua HaMashiach aka Jesus Christ) warned against tolerating any teaching that is contrary to the Law of Truth (Matthew 16:11-12).  He warned that a subtle influence from those who live contrary to the Law of Truth will lead to laws that are contrary to the Law of Truth (Mark 8:15).  In like manner Paul the Jew (Shaul aka Saul) warned that the Children of Truth must not tolerate anything that is contrary to what the Man of Truth taught (1 Corinthians 5:6-8).  He warned that if they tolerate anything that is contrary to the Law of Truth then it would spread everywhere and affect everything over time through a subtle influence (Galatians 5:9).

Of course, this strategy of a subtle influence to turn the laws of America away from being in line with the Law of Truth comes from the Father of Lies (HaShatan aka Satan aka The Devil).  He used a subtle influence to bring mankind to rebel against the Father of Truth in the first place (Genesis 3:1-3).  He still uses a subtle influence to destroy people (John 10:10).  For this reason, the Children of Truth are warned to not make any space in their lives for anything that is from the Father of Lies (Ephesians 4:27).

The Father of Lies has been using a subtle influence to keep the US from repenting so it will be destroyed as explained in The Death Of America.  He has even used a subtle influence to deceive many religious professionals to teach that the Man of Truth taught tolerance for the very things that he said were intolerable as explained in Taken Out Of Context.

So why has America not been destroyed by a subtle influence like the nations of the Children of Israel were?

The Father of Truth has not brought the full judgment on America that comes from this subtle influence yet because He would rather see America repent (2 Peter 3:9).  The Man of Truth has been giving America space to go back to basing its laws on the Law of Truth before bringing the full judgment that its actions deserve (Revelation 2:21).

The Good News is that America can still repent!  It starts with the Children of Truth treating those that have been deceived into homosexuality thorough a subtle influence in the same way that the Man of Truth would treat homosexuals as explained in Ellen DeGeneres.

Perhaps you have come to realize that you have been moved far from the Father of Truth slowly over time through a subtle influence by those who reject the Law of Truth.  The Good News is that you can still repent!  You can come into the House of Truth by putting the the Man of Truth in charge of every area of your life because you believe that His Father raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9).  His blood is sufficient to cleanse you from whatever you have done if you will come into the House of Truth (1 John 1:7).
